Future Construction Managers invites players to delve into a meticulously crafted virtual construction site, where they can engage with professionals at various levels of expertise, including estimators, schedulers, project managers, and superintendents. This interactive experience challenges participants to navigate the entire site, converse with all managerial roles, and reflect on their potential suitability for a career in construction management. Additionally, players are provided with in-game resources linking them to the construction management program at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

This initiative was developed in collaboration with the Myles & Eugenia Sweeney Department of Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
