Future Construction Managers invites players to delve into a meticulously crafted virtual construction site, where they can engage with professionals at various levels of expertise, including estimators, schedulers, project managers, and superintendents. This interactive experience challenges participants to navigate the entire site, converse with all managerial roles, and reflect on their potential suitability for a career in construction management. Additionally, players are provided with in-game resources linking them to the construction management program at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

 <li>Participate in mini-games designed to evaluate your aptitudes and skills.</li>
 <li>Access information on applying for the construction management program at Wentworth Institute of Technology.</li>
 <li>Create a Skill Arcade profile to monitor your achievements across various games.</li>
</ul>

This initiative was developed in collaboration with the Myles & Eugenia Sweeney Department of Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology. The program aims to equip students with both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience essential for becoming effective team members within the construction sector. Participants are encouraged to apply their growing technical skills and organizational acumen to contemporary challenges, while also adapting to the evolving demands of society and the industry.
